FEES

Mein Honorar beträgt €140/50 Min. für Einzelpersonen und €220/80 Min. für Paare. In Ausnahmefällen gewähre ich ein sogenanntes „Soziales Honorar“. Mehr Info hierzu finden Sie weiter unten.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions are held by appointment only, a booked appointment is binding. Please keep in mind, your appointment time is exclusively for you. Therefore, in case you cannot attend, I ask that you notify me as soon as possible via email at lis@lisbreitling.com. In any case, please make sure to notify me at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time. A no-show (without warning) or cancellation (for any reason) with less than 24 hours notice (in writing via Email) will result in a 100% charge of the agreed-upon fee.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

I work in private practice and don't take any insurance. The legal basis of this therapist-client service agreement is §611 ff. BGB. The client receives all billing. Please keep in mind that I am not an insurance or tax specialist, I cannot advice you on such matters. Please address any questions in regard to reimbursement of fees or the possibility of a tax deduction with your insurance and/or tax counsel. In order to make an informed decision, I recommend doing so before you start sessions.

In this context, I would like to point out that insurance coverage typically comes with numerous conditions and is not necessarily an advantage. By choosing to self-pay, you bypass the restrictions imposed by insurance policies. This grants us the greatest possible freedom to focus entirely on your specific needs and find the best solutions without a pathology-centered approach. Particularly within the German public healthcare system, you can avoid hurdles such as long wait times for approvals, limitations on therapeutic methods, mandated intervals between appointments, and caps on the number of sessions. Furthermore, you eliminate the need for extensive clinical documentation shared with third-party payers, such as formal ICD diagnosis codes and permanent entries in your medical record.

HARDSHIP POLICY

Ich bin in einem Heilberuf tätig. Aus berufsethischen Gründen bin ich deshalb der Meinung, dass finanzielle Gegebenheiten einer Behandlung nicht im Wege stehen dürfen. Deshalb biete ich die Möglichkeit des sogenannten „Sozialen Honorars“. Bitte scheuen Sie sich nicht, mich anzusprechen. Wenn man sich in einer akuten Krise befindet, braucht man schnellstmögliche Hilfe und finanzielle Mittel sollten kein Hinderungsgrund sein. Sicher finden wir eine faire Lösung.
